The origins of Helvic
Production:
Our perfume is manufactured in Winterthur by Escentina, a company with 70 years of experience in this field. Escentina specialises in natural fragrances.
Bottling and marketing:
The perfume is bottled and packaged by hand by us in the Appenzell region.
We sell mainly through local shops, markets and our online shop.
Quality is an important part of our work, as is caring for the environment.
YES Company Programmes:
Helvic was founded as part of Young Enterprise Switzerland's Company Programme 2025.
YES is a non-profit organisation that focuses on promoting entrepreneurship, economic literacy and practical work experience among teenagers and young adults in Switzerland.
Top 75 YES Competition:
Helvic has qualified for the Top 75 of the YES competition and therefore has the opportunity to present itself with its own stand at the National Trade Fair in Zurich on March 27, 2026.
We are looking forward to the trade fair and to presenting Helvic to a wider audience.
Top 25 YES Competition:
We at Helvic made it into the Top 25 of the YES Company Programme, qualifying for the National Final. On May 29 and 30, 2026, we had the opportunity to represent our company with our own stand in the main hall of Zurich Central Station. This experience allowed us to present our business idea to a broad audience, gain valuable insights, and further develop our sales and pitching skills.
